Information you provide for our database is considered confidential, and is not shared with anyone, unless we have specific written permission to do so.
Our membership list has grown since the last opportunity to declare personal information preferences. Both Curt and I maintain a copy of the database.
So we can update our database, and assure each member's preferences are recorded, please use the form to the right to send us your authorization.
Below are the preference choice numbers, in bold type, that we use in our database to record them. Please type the corresponding number in the 'Message' section of the form, and send it to us.
1. EXCEPT FOR MY NAME, STATE OF RESIDENCE, AND RV INFORMATION, do not divulge any other personal information about me to other members.
2. PERMISSION IS GRANTED TO PROVIDE MY EMAIL ADDRESS to a group member when group coordinators receive a request from another member.
3. PERMISSION IS GRANTED TO PROVIDE MY CONTACT PHONE NUMBER(S) to a group member when group coordinators receive a request from another member. If you wish to restrict which phone number is provided (home and/or cell), please note it in the Message: section.
4. I PREFER THAT OTHER MEMBERS EMAIL A REQUEST FOR MY INFORMATION to the group coordinators, and that the request be forwarded to me for my response.
