I've posted information on how to order a Group Flag from Lucas. He has
a limited number available and is taking names of those who want one.
You can take delivery at Quartzsite, or have it mailed to you. First come, first served -- order today!

Likewise, I'm taking names of those who want a personal copy of the
souvenir aerial CD. The photo/video flyover will occur on one of three
days (Jan. 21-23) depending on wind conditions. Net cost will depend on
how many CD are purchased, so the more bought, the lower the cost.

Tom McCarthy is taking names of those who want to participate in his
"Wild West Shootout" firearms event. A licensed firearms instructor
will be supervising and providing instruction throughout the event. A
fee applies. Loaner firearms will be available for those who want to
participate, but don't bring their own.

The RVSEF is conducting "Weight and Tire Safety" seminar. After the seminar, you can make an appointment to weigh the INDIVIDUAL WHEEL POSITIONS on your coach. Pre-registration is being taken and a fee will apply for the weigh service.

Jim and Denise Benson are taking the names of your furry, four-legged
friends for the "FURRY FRIENDS COSTUME and TALENT SHOW". Sign up and
take a walk with your pet on the red carpet.

If you plan to provide a Gift Basket for the "SILENT GIFT BASKET AUCTION", please let me know. If Rob and Sue Robinson get a replacement coach and can make it to Quartzsite, Sue will host the event. If not, Denise Benson will be hosting. If you have any questions about the Silent Gift Basket Auction, please ask.

"CERTIFIED APPRAISAL" for 'Stated Value' Insurance Coverage on your coach.

Finally, I'm taking names of anyone who wants to volunteer to host an
activity at the rally. Hosting an activity is part of the fun at 'Q'.
