NOTICE
AS OF AUGUST 12, 2009, ALL THIRTY SITES THAT WERE ORIGINALLY BLOCKED OFF FOR OUR RALLY HAVE BEEN RESERVED. ALL RESERVATIONS AFTER THIS DATE ARE SUBJECT TO ASSIGNMENT BY FLYING FLAGS.
THE SECTION WHERE OUR BLOCK IS LOCATED HAS ABOUT 60 SITES. IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND THE RALLY, CALL GEORGEANN ASAP TO MAKE A RESERVATION. SHE WILL ASSIGN UNRESERVED SITES WITHIN THE SECTION ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS UNTIL THE SECTION IS FULL. AFTER THAT, YOU WILL BE ASSIGNED A SITE IN OTHER SECTIONS OF THE PARK.

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION: Call 877.783.5247 and ask for Georgeann (she handles the group rallies, so you MUST talk to her directly). Tell her you are with the "Southwest Bluebirds and friends" rally and guarantee your site with a credit card.
Only "Premium Plus" sites are blocked off for our rally -- the "Super Premium" (higher rate) sites on the end of the rows are NOT included, although you can reserve one, if it is available.

RALLY SCHEDULE
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2009:
ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN:
Check-in time daily is 12:30 PM for PREM+/SUPER PREM. Check-out is Noon. Early arrivals (after 10am) may wait in the dry camping area at no charge. (Space is limited on weekends). Early check-in time or extended checkout (6pm) when available is $15 extra.
Upon arrival, register at the office, pay your fees, and obtain your site number.
After parking your rig, sign in with Curt or Phil.
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM. Dinner At Our Assigned Clubhouse (see Curt or Phil for the clubhouse number)
"BRING YOU OWN DINNER and BEVERAGE". Order and pay for a Flying Flags BBQ chicken or tri-tip dinner when you register with the park upon arrival; or prepare and bring you own dinner. Bring your dinner, beverage, and place settings to the clubhouse.
6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Immediately following dinner.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17, 2009:
8:00 AM. Morning coffee klatsch at Curt's coach.
Betty will be serving coffee and pastries. Gather for a morning gab session.
9:30 AM. Tentative plans for coach tours and/or tech talks. Otherwise, the day is free time for you to take day trips to the various attractions in the Santa Ynez Valley (Solvang, wine tasting, golf, etc.)
5:30 PM to ??. "BYOB 'and Bring Your Best Hearty Hors D'oeuvres to Share' SOCIAL"
This is our signature evening event. For those who are joining us for the first time, the variety of dishes brought to the social becomes dinner for everyone. Bring your own settings.
SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2009
9:00 AM. GROUP PHOTO SESSION.
All attendees gather at Phil's coach for a group photo. If you want to use your own camera to take a group photo, bring your tripod.
Check out time for those leaving on Sunday is 12:00 noon.
