WHO CAN DONATE A BASKET: All '2008 Annual Bluebird Quartzsite Rally' attendees.
If you are not attending the 'Q' Rally, but would like to donate a gift basket anyway, please use the contact form to the left to let us know. We'll send you instructions (where to ship, deadline dates, etc.)
WHAT: A silent auction of gift baskets packed and donated by individual rally attendees. You can choose whatever items you want to include in your basket. See the list of suggested items. If you prefer, you can donate a gift card which will be auctioned live during the event.
WHEN: Baskets will put on display on the day Kent and Adrienne arrive in Quartzsite. Bidding will continue until auction closing time on Saturday, January 26, 2008. Closing time TBA.
WHERE: Baskets will be on display at Kent and Adrienne's coach.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO INCLUDE IN THE GIFT BASKET: Spa/cosmetics, movie DVD's, electric power tools, wine/cheese assortments, gardening, picnic, RV/camping, pet supplies, -- these only a few ideas. You can mix or match themes. Use your imagination.
WINNING BIDDERS: Winning bidders will pay for their basket by check payable to the winning bidders favorite charity or nonprofit organization. Please provide the mailing address of the recipient organization. We'll send your check with a cover letter from SWBB. Your cancelled check will be your proof of a charitable donation if the organization is approved by the IRS.
