1. Gift Baskets can be filled with an assortment of items. Spa/cosmetics, movie DVD's, electric power tools, wine/cheese assortments, gardening, picnic, RV/camping, pet supplies, -- these only a few ideas. You can mix or match themes. Use your imagination.
2. Bid sheets will be attached to each basket. Some items may have a minimum starting bid written at the top of the bid sheet. Any bid below the minimum amount is invalid.
3. Write your name and bid amount on the bid sheet of the basket you are bidding on.
4. If the bid sheet calls for a minimum up-bid amount over the last highest bid, each new bid must equal or exceed the required minimum up-bid amount written on the bid sheet. Failure to do so disqualifies your bid, even if it is the final highest bid. The item will be awarded to the bidder who made the last highest qualified bid.
For example -- if a bid sheet calls for a minimum up-bid amount of, let say, $2.00 over the last highest bid, each successive bid for an item must be at least that amount over the last highest bid to be qualified. If you bid an amount over the last highest qualified bid that is less than the required minimum up-bid, your bid will be disqualified and declared invalid.
5. The winning bidder, who made the last highest qualified bid, will be announced at the close of the auction, at which time a check in the amount of the winning bid will be collected.
