One of our new members, Adrienne Bodhaine, has volunteered to organize a silent gift basket auction, to be held during our Annual Bluebird Quartzsite Rally.
In a nutshell, rally attendees pack a gift basket with a variety of items. At the rally, each basket will be displayed with an attached bid sheet. Some baskets may have a minimum starting bid. Attendees then write their bids on the bid sheet. As in any auction, if someone bids a higher amount, all prior bidders can choose to increase their bid. Bidding continues until the close of the auction when the highest bidders claim their baskets.
